The DTV transition continues to confuse many viewers. The antenna selection area is especially a big problem......your company, it's expertise and reputation could become a big part of the solution.
Please consider developing a simple "decision tree guide" on your web page and/or an 800 number hot line with with technical experts on the other end. Thank you!

Thank you both for the great ideas. We will certainly look into these possibilities and what we can do to provide more information in the coming months before the transition.

It seems as if many of the answers are out there, but currently you need to look 3 different places to get it. Also, in the end their are many factors that a computer program cannot account for such as line of sight issues because of a tree in your backyard.
