I installed the winegard traveler swim3 on my coach roof but I can't get the box to go into setup/installation? Doesn't ask for password , it will power up and raise till moter stall. I manually lowered it ti I see what I missed.

Push the power button until it says Power On. Release and then immediately push and hold the Enter button. It will first say antenna unknown but keep holding it in until you get to the setup menu. You will now be able to push Select a couple of times until you see the * by Installation and click the Enter button. You will see the password as 0000 and you just push Enter 4 times. Once in you push Select until you see Calibrate EL and push Enter where I think you get a Yes No option. Use Select to move the * to Yes and push Enter. Once the antenna fully raises it will ask if the antenna is at Hard Stop (verify that the antenna has raised all the way) move the * to Yes and click Enter. Now, power off the controller (unplug or push power and select together) and then power it back on again to allow the antenna to do its search routine.

Thanks for your info. I saw what I wasn't doing right. The traveler is up and running and finding the satellites. All I need to do now is run the comunitation cable and coax cable thru the access plate and chase down the AC duck to the entertainment center. What fun..LOL nothing better than a clean install. I saw one install where they ran the cables on the roof to the front of the coach and drilled a hole right above the windshield. Real tacky.
