This has to be one of the worst companies that I have dealt with when it comes to selling replacement parts! I have had nothing but problems with my dish since day one with it acquiring the satellites. I have been told to replace just the hinge, which is bolted on with 8 bolts that I have to buy the whole feed arm assembly, which I am guessing due to the price that the RP-SK21 is a kit to change over from a Direct TV dish to the Dish Network setup. I surely don't need another LNB when mine is just fine. All I need is the replacement hinge that the feed arm pivots on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
