Trav"ler not working.

Trav'ler Model SK-3005 Directv Slimline.
It's not working. I don't know all info you need,but here goes.
I'M in Longview Tx 75603,
11/18 Last night pushed button and it found satellites.
TV looks kind of like a black and white ant races. I could barely see TV picture while
Directv box was looking for set up. I called Directv the code ____ I gave them was.
It says searching for Satellite in 2 (771). They told me this code stated that Satellite isn't pointed right.
I need to take to RV dealer or call a tech but directv couldn't do any thing for me.

Please let me know what info you need from me.

In the display window of the Trav'ler control box does it show *110 * 110 *119? If so, there is nothing wrong with the antenna itself. What specific model # receiver are you using with the Trav'ler?
If you have all of the connections between the TV and the receiver correct you will have a prefect picture without any kind of fuzzy or "B&W ant races" but that is separate issue from searching for satellite 2 input.
You must be using a DVR if it's looking for 2 inputs. If you go to the Repeat Satellite Setup option and then go to Signal Strength followed by Signal Meter, do you see any signal on either Tuner? If so, go back one screen and see if you have all transponders on Tuner 1.
