MP1 and D12-500 Receiver

Can I use my D12-500 receiver with a MP1 satellite. All I get is "searching for signal". Do I need a SWM8 switch?

The D12 is compatible. You must configure and aim the antenna.

I would recommend running a direct coax cable from the receiver to the antenna while initially setting it up.
