Winegard AP8275 No more channels

Postby esa1178 » Thu Oct 25, 2012 10:28 pm

I have the Winegard AP8275 at the top of a 20' mast, on the roof of a single level ranch home.
It is at about 40' AGL.
Whether I have the amp hooked up or not I still get the same amount of channels.
There are at least 6 more channels out there that I should be able to pull in with an amp.
It's about 50' from the amp to the TV. No splinter in between apart from the one that came with the amp.
Power light is red. I saw that there is a polyswitch. Does this reset itself if tripped/overloaded?
I would assume that if there is a constant red light on the splitter, that all is well with the power...

Thanks for your help
