Hi,
I just ordered the RVW-205 Sensar IV replacement head to replace an old RV-6004 unit. The manual says I must have a 16" clearnance to the edge of the roof. I think I'm going to be good, but what is the reason for this clearance?
Thanks.

Re: RVW-205 Clearance to edge of roofThe Sensar IV combines the Sensar and the Wingman into one unit. This requires an additional 10" of clearance on the side of the head facing away from the elevation arms. If you have a Sensar II or III now with the Wingman attachment then the clearance is not an issue as the setup would be identical.
