Model Number

We just bought a 2003 National RV Dolphin with the Winegard Antenna. I am unable to find the model number for the antenna. We are having problems with the crank and need the model number. Anyone have any ideas where I can find this information. I have already search forums for Dolphin, National and Winegard with no success. Help Please :(

Is this a crank-up Sensar for over-the-air signals or a crank-up satellite antenna?
