Rear TV in MH lost signal

Trav'ler SK-3005 was working fine and in the middle of a game lost signal to rear TV in Motorhome (Searching for signal (771) error). Called DirecTV and went through all of the steps with them but still doesn't work.... Any suggestions? Front TV's work fine.

The first thing to try is to connect the front receiver where the back receiver is located and vice versa to ensure that there is not an issue with the receiver itself. DirecTV will tell you that they see the receiver is working properly but they have no way to "see" the receiver, only the receiver can see them.

Had a tech come out who determined one of the four ports on the dish itself failed, so by switching the connection the rear TV is now working again - is there any repairing that bad port?
