Maybe I can get some help from you folks.I have an older (2000) rv that i believe has never had the antenna completely installed.I need to get into the head and see what is connected and what has NOT been connected. What tools and what procedures are to be taken to take this thing apart?Thanx to all GLS

The antenna head can not be taken apart in a way that will allow you to put it back together. The plastics are welded together on the inside of the unit.

You should just need to connect the coax.

What are you having trouble with?

I have had a similar problem. After testing every thing with a multimeter I found a power leak to the Set2 outlet on the wall plate but could not find a short. The wallplate is the one with RF choke rather than polyswitch. To correct I put a splitter on the flylead to the main TV and connected the bedroom tv to the splitter. Works OK now. :P

I have replaced my Winegard RV2100 head with a VM22NPS head that I purchased on eBay. Will this head work with the original equipment on the coach?
Thank
