Seriously, is anyone working at Winegard?
I've called Customer Service and Technical Service for the past couple of weeks now, even sent emails, and never once anyone answered the phone or responded back. It's always "experiencing high call volume..blah blah, really?" or answering machine taking vm. If you buy their product and run into issues, there's almost no chance of talking to a human being and getting your issues resolved.
I had bad customer experience with other companies but Winegard top the most user-customer unfriendly experience I've had to date. Ridiculous.
