Re: Er message on boxMike,
An Er message on your digital elevation sensor indicates improper sensor voltage. If you are using a 9V battery, make sure it is not dead. If you are using 12V, ensure that it is providing proper voltage to the sensor. This can come up as a false positive. If your power source checks out, follow these steps to clear out the code: -Disconnect your power source (12V or 9V battery) -Disconnect the black, red and green wires from the board -Go up on the roof by the antenna and disconnect the weatherproof connector and reconnect it, make certain you hear a click -Reconnect the black, red and green wires to the board -Reconnect the power. If the Er message persists and you're certain you're getting correct power, the Sensor itself may have failed.
Re: Er message on boxWhere can I get a new sensor.
Thanks
