Hi,
In checking out my dish for reinstallation after odu/idu repair, I notice some jumpiness when searching in azimuth axis. This occurs in about 60 degrees of the azimuth axis. Notice that the housing has a white plastic bearing just above the bull gear. The pinion and bull gears look fine and seem to be meshing correctly. I am wondering whether this is normal and whether I should consider spraying some silicone on the bearing before I put the dish on my my roof. Or, if there is some other remedy, I wold appreciate advice on that. Thanks much and thx for replies on my LNB post earlier.
Regards,
Roy
