hi, just received repaired ODU and IDU and testing dish before reinstallation. Dish finds DTV 101, 110, 119 OK. Cannot get satellite signal when connected to output A but can get it connected to B. Does this signal a LNB problem? Thanks

Re: SK3005 LNB connectionrnmcbrayer,
Not an LNB problem, most likely a problem with one of the minicoaxes that runs from the top of the turret to the LNB. Try swapping the A and B mini coaxes on top of the turret and see if Port A then works and Port B fails. If so, you have a bad minicoax.
Re: SK3005 LNB connectionThx, will check it out. Therefore, I presume that as long as I only need one output, I could just leave it be. Thx

Re: SK3005 LNB connectionRoy,
You could do so, but if we can identify an issue and you are within the warranty period we would be glad to resolve it for you.
Re: SK3005 LNB connectionThanks, I'm unfortunately out of warranty. Can you tell me how much a mini coax would cost?
Re: SK3005 LNB connectionRoy,
The set of four braided minicoaxes for the SK-3005 retails for $49.99 + tax/shipping. The part number is 3753881 and can be ordered through customer service at 800-288-8094.
Re: SK3005 LNB connectionOK, thanks much for your help with this.
