dish alignment

i have a trav'ler sk-7002 with two shaw hd 600 receivers, both have the red light on (no signal), both used to be fine, trav'ler control indicates two satellites have been located, is it possible for the dish to loose its alignment? John

It sounds like you have a receiver map conflict.

Tune your receiver to channel 700. If it comes in, then you need to contact Shaw and have your receiver remapped for a quad dual Ku LNB type.
