Satellite will not activate.I have a moving satellite on my Damon Daybreak. I don't know the model number. I had it parked in Mississippi for a period of six motnths. When I returned to it, I had no problems in that position. As soon as I moved, I lost the signal and cannot locate any satellites. The dish will not move. I have 12 volt power to the toggle switch, but the satellite will not rotate. I removed the dome to check for any obstructions but found none. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Re: Satellite will not activate. You will need to go up on the roof and check for 12V power at the control box itself (silver box). While you have the dome off, write down the model number and let us know what we are dealing with.

Re: Satellite will not activate.I finally found time to check things out.
I do have 12V power at the control box. Model #MV3500T SER# 090713070608. Any further help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim
Re: Satellite will not activate.jasebo1936,
Can you verify that the dish is not moving period when the power is turned on to it or is it moving briefly then not starting the search sequence? Also, can you let me know how many mounting feet (3 or 4) that hold the antenna base to the roof?
Re: Satellite will not activate.Satellite not moving at all. No movement. There are four (4) posts.
Re: Satellite will not activate.jasebo,
With 12V at the board and no movement period, we either have a failed power supply or board. You can try using a separate power supply (like a battery) that is rated for over 5 amperes. If another power supply does not resolve the issue, then the board will have to be replaced. The part number for the replacement board is RP35CLT (refurbished, $224.99) or RP35CBT (new, $449.99). Both prices are before tax and shipping.
