Interface Box Very Hot!

I recently installed a Trav'ler SK-1000 for use with my Dish Network receiver. It works great except that the interface box gets VERY hot in use. I haven't tried measuring the temperature, but it gets hot enough that it is uncomfortable to touch. Is this normal? Have any other users experienced this?

Odd, I know that I responded to this.

If it gets hot in any of these steps, unplug it and call us at the number below.

Unplug the box from the satellite on the roof and change the outlet that you have it plugged into for power.

Plug it back into the first outlet and try it again.

Plug the satellite system back into the interface.

Let us know which set up causes the problem.
