Travler Interface Box Dead

Just had a new 3005 HD system installed in our coach last week. It worked fine for one week, stopped working yesterday. The interface box is non-responsive. The fuse is good, and there is 125v going into the power supply, but nothing coming out of the power supply.

We are traveling, and I need a new power supply. How can I get one? Can I get a generic, and if so, what are the specs?

This is frustrating after only one week.

If the control unit is completely unresponsive, this is easily corrected we just need to know where to send a box.

I asked my dealer to send one to our next location yesterday. I haven't heard back from him. If he doesn't produce, I'll call you guys to get one sent out.
