MV3500A blowing fuses

I was told previously by Wingard that I have a MV3500A moving/stationary sat. but I am not sure.
The power box in rv has label "MV Stationary satellite"
I have pulled the dome and it has serial # 070348071107 on 1 label and another has MVA Mechanical MVAMAD00652 common.
I am using a directtv recordable receiver (non HD) but I only have 1 input connected at this time.
Unit was working fine and then a period of non use (30 days). When I went to use it was making a loud noise. Sounded as if something was grinding or stripping. It also has blown 2 power fuses. I have removed dome and see no visual sign or any type of residue that would be signs of stripping or worn parts.
Directtv receiver shows that it was searching for sat and then was waiting to load sat info but never went any further.
Please advise as to possible trouble shooting steps and or adjustments

Blowing fuses would indicate an issue with the electronics module on the MV3500A.

Honestly, I would say at this point your best move would be to contact our technical service line at 800-788-4417 for further assistance.
