Need help with antenna selection..townhome short range

I live in a townhome where legally I know I could install an outdoor antenna, but for feasabilty I am looking for an attic or indoor solution. I am planning on "cutting the cable" and going with internet TV plus free over the air antenna. Townhome is wired with coax outlets throughout (total of 6). Plan is to install cable modem and router right where the cable comes into the house, then use the coax cable coming from the antenna (which I need help selecting) and patch that into the 6 way splitter. The end result would be that each coax outlet in each room would be getting its signal from the antenna. Antennaweb.org puts most of my TV stations at 19 miles or less, between 102 degrees and 131 degrees, UHF and HI-V. There is one UHF station that I can get at 20.6 miles at 329 degrees, but I can live without that station. Assuming I mount an antenna in the attic, the cable length from the attenna to the 6 way splitter would be 50 feet. The longest cable run from the splitter to the furthest coax outlet would be approximately 75 feet. My inital thought based on information I have read here was the MS 1000 with the HDP-269 pre amp, but I am certainly open to your best recommendation. Again, I can live with out the channel at 329 degrees, so if that gives me some more (and perhaps less expensive) options, I would be very interested in that recommendation. I am also open to an indoor recommendations that would not have to be installed in the attic . Thanks!

The HD7694P antenna would be the antenna of choice and hopefully give you enough signal to power your 6 TV sets. If the antenna does not provide you with enough signal the add an Winegard HDA-100 distribution amplifier ahead of your splitter.
