New Install Questions for RV

Installing new (1) WG Trav'ler SK-3005, (1) Batwing Antenna with Wingman option (replacing the furnished omni-directional antenna) and (2) WG Video Switchers VS5312A (I think 2?)
Currently have (2) HD TV's and (2) DirecTV HD Receivers and (1) exterior cable connection to coach.

I'm assuming (2) coax connections from SK-3005 directly into each DirecTV receiver, (1) for each. OP to TV with HDMI for optimum HD.

The main goal is for each TV to work independently of each other for cable, antenna and satellite.
Example 1: Can TV1 view from cable signal and TV2 view from antenna? How would this be wired and assuming different front panel push buttons from each VS to accomplish this?

Can Winegard provide wiring and operations using the scenario listed above? Is this currently available anywhere?
