HD-7698P lost VHF 9

Postby southwoods » Tue Jan 24, 2012 7:03 pm

I have an HD-7698P for less than a year, it has been working fine on channels 9 through 54 until I recently lost channel 9. The transmitter is 13 miles from my house and the signal used to register 94% on my tv, it now hovers around 1 or 2%. The only othe VHF channel I have is on 13, and it still works. Is it possible that something has come loose?

Good afternoon southwoods,

There is nothing that can come loose on the antenna affect channel 9 and not 13. Can you give us your exact address including zip code? Also can you give us the exact way the antenna is hooked to your TV set? Such as are you going directly to one TV set, do you have multiple TV sets and if so what kind of splitter(s) do you have?
