HD7694P inconsistent signal problem

I just moved to Neosho, MO, and have an antenna about 30 feet up on my house pointed towards Joplin MO and Pittsburg KS with nearly 100% signal for about a week with no problems.

Now the signal is basically "all or nothing" with a full signal and rapidly going to zero then full again, on nearly all channels. I'm about 35 miles from the towers, and I have not split the cables to other tvs. I have an AP-8275 pre amp from my previous home, but it is not really needed here as I'm so close to the towers, so do not have it installed.

What might be giving me this "all or nothing" signal on all channels? With the signal being so good and working for a week plus, I don't think the problem is the antenna.

My 100 foot cable is not very old, and looks to be in good condition.

EDIT- Just to try, I also replaced the 100 ft cable last night, but the problem persists. I've tried with and without the ap-8275, and it still goes in and out... practically full signal to no signal and back again.
