It's not the switch. The Digital signal in not magic, but the same UHF/VHF signal that has been broadcast for many, many years. Are you using a digital TV or an analog TV with a digital converter?

no converter, i now understand that i need a tv with an astc tuner, to receive the digital signal, or a converter, i am leaning toward the new tv, but wanted to make sure that was all i needed.
