Owner's Manual/Receiver Manual

I have a mv3500a antenna. The setup pamphlet I received with the antenna refers to an "owner's manual" which I did not receive with the antenna. Do you have a link to download the owner's manual for this antenna online? The pamphlet also refers to a "receiver manual" that can be used in setting up the antenna. Is this the same as the owner's manual?

The Receiver manual might be referring to the DISH Network or DIRECTV manual that should come with their receivers.
