TRAV'LER Shaw Direct SK-7002 not working with PVR

The dealer install the TRAV'LER Shaw Direct with a standard receiver Shaw direct. Everything working fine. Now I install a PVR, so I pass a cable from the roof to inside, I plug the cable and It's working. I move my rv, so I turn off the winegard and strore the antenna. When I arrive at the new location I turn on the winegard and the system start,it found the *111W satellite but after 10 minutes the system still searching for the other satellite, the sytem never found *107W and the system stored. I reset everything and unplug the second cable from the PVR and restart. After 1 minutes the receiver was up and running with no problem.As long as the second cable is unplug when I start the system it's working but if I have 2 cables plug is not working. What can I do for that problem. I plug the cable in different position on the roof (a to d), I check with the new only (it's work). Could you help me
