Video distribution system connections

I have a carryout antenna I use for Dish network. I have a new digital flat panel tv we just installed today replacing an old analog. I have a video distribution center by Winegard Model VS53DVD and a dual receiver from Dish Model 625. I can not for the life of me figure out how and where every one of the connections are to be made. I use the park/cable connection at the back of my motorhome for my carryout antenna connection. I also have an over-the-air antenna wire coming into the front area where all of these components are located. When I go to the Winegard site it seems so convoluted and when I go to Dish's site they are no help whatsoever when it comes to using a video distribution center.
