Direct tv with RV dish

Has anyone had a problem with their Direct TV, TVO not working with a Winegard model RM dish. But works in the house, wit the house dish. When in the RV I get a msg, on my setting page, "account closed". When it's in the house, it works good, and I have the msg. "account in good standing." I spoke with Direct TV, 3 times. They are baffled.

Be sure that you use the setup menu in the receiver to set the antenna type to 18" round. You must get rid of the SWM switch and be sure it's set to multi-switch as well. You will not get any HD programming but you will get all of the programming in SD which should not be an issue. Get the antenna pointed to the 101 satellite and you should get it all. Many receivers also are set to only show HD channels and you will need to change this to show only SD channels in order for the programming to show up.
