Winegard Minimax antenna that doesn't work

My Minimax antenna was professionally installed by Camping World and it does not toggle to all sats.

I use a Dish network HD 211 receiver and when the antenna locks on 119 with a strong signal, it fails to toggle to 110 and 129.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Winegard is sending me a new antenna but this is a hassle.

If you don't have the correct information in the check switch, the unit will not toggle! It does sound like you have contacted our Tech department and they are taken care of you by sending you a new unit. So, how can I help you?
