new new to this

Ok as the title says. I am new to this i really dont know how this works. I bought a fifth wheel trailer pre owned and came with winagard sd. I bought the trailer at a dealer since it was a trade inn. I have direct tv how do i get to work with the anttena. I dont know any serial number since theres nothing on the outside of the antenna. Do i need to open it or what. How do i get started who do i call
