Hi.to the board.This is my first post.Looks like a nice place for good info.I have a brand new HD7694P and I cant get the cartrige to seat all four snaps.It either snaps one side or the other.The case will rock back and forth if you try to snap all four..Has anyone else had this problem.I wanted to put this Antenna up tomarrow but dont want it up unless the cartrige is snaped all the way around..tks :(

part # on cartrage box is CB-8269- SKU #2120550
