Using a Wineguard rooftop dish with Starchoice Satellite?

Just purchased a 2004 Southwind with a rooftop wind up dish. Have the Starchoice/Shaw satellite receiver and pay a monthly subscription. Can we hook the receiver from Starchoice/Shaw to the rooftop dish? Has anyone had success with this?

No this satellite will not pick up the Starchoice/Shaw satellites.
