Have DP311 Model. Cannot change channels without losing sat

Problems with channel changing. Goes to help mode and must wait 6 minutes inbetween. We have a DP311 Model still underwarranty. Serial number 060246090831. We have Dish Network programming. We can change channels only if it is within a short range ie 200-214. Any other losing signals. Help

Do you have signal on both satellites? If you do then your satellite is working correctly, make sure you have the right information in the set up screen (check switch). In the box's of satellite and polarity is supposed to be 119,110 and installed switch SW42 or SW64.
