Carryout Satellite problems

Just bought the Winegard carryout portable, have problems moving from RV park to RV park. Have DTV regular reciever, didn't bring the HD one. Have set on 3-LNB and multiswitch as instructed in guide. Put in current zipcode as we move, and it's not bringing in the signal. Am I pushing too many buttons or not doing enough?

Good morning dianizon,

Please confirm that your DIRECTV receiver is set on 3lnb 18" x 20" with no degrees after it. The switchtype will be multiswitch.

After that, confirm that between your antenna and your receiver you are not using a splitter or any other type of device in between. If you are going in through a port on the side of your coach, bypass and see if it works going directly to the receiver through a door or window.
