Not able to receive all channels with MS2002

I live in Anchorage Alaska in postal code 99518. I purchased a MS2002 and have it installed about 20' above ground and 2 ft above roof ridge. In Anchorage I can receive channels 5, 11, 33. I can not receive channels 2, 4, 7, 13.

Before I installed the MS2002 I used a pair of rabbit ears inside and was able to receive more channels, even channel 13, channel 2 once in a while but never 4 or 7. However I had better reception then with the higher, exterior placement of the MS2002. How can I fix this or is it possible with this antenna.

We recommend that you try raising your antenna at least 6 to 10 above the ridge of your roof to prevent the possibility of TV signals reflecting off of your roof into the antenna and causing multiple signals on the same channels (multipathing) which will confuse the digital tuner and it will not know which signal to lock onto so it does nothing (no signal found). When raising the antenna also try rotating the antenna in 5 degree increments up 30 degrees to the right and to the left to see if that helps, using the coax cable connection pointed to the north to start with as your reference. The digital has a tendency to get holes and layers in its pattern and we need to find the best signal level. Remember each time the antenna is rotated or raised you will need to rescan the TV tuner.
