Recommendation for PGH

Postby rick_pitt » Sat Aug 07, 2010 11:32 am

Hello,
I have an antenna that looks a lot like a Channel Master 4220. DirecTV mounted it to my dish to get the locals. I cancelled DTV and now use it exclusively and it pulls in NBC, CBS, PBS and Fox really well. It will not pickup ABC. The station broadcasts from 129 degrees and the others are at 23 to 59 so I assume that may be part of the problem.

1. I want to buy another antenna for my 2nd TV (did not want to split the signal). What do you suggest?

2. Can I solve the ABC problem at the same time?

Zip code: 15216

Thanks.

The CM-4220 antenna is a 2 bay directional UHF antenna and you will need an omni directional antenna such as the Winegard MS-1000 antenna in order for you to receive your TV channels over 100 degrees apart. Can you private message me your exact street address (or call Technical Services at 800-788-4417) so that we can accurately predict you TV station locations and the required antenna for the best reception for you.
