Anyone have any solutions or suggestions. The info supplied with the antenna is not very helpful. The cable run is about 15 feet directly to the power pack, then to the converter box.
Anyone have any suggestions?

SS-2000, Problems with signals.I purchased an SS-2000. I am located on an island 26.2 miles from Providence. I can pick up 3 channels, using the power amplifier or not using it. I have checked with antenna web on direction. I should be receiving 9 channels, all in the same direction 25 degrees. The antenna is mounted close to the roof ridge.

Re: SS-2000, Problems with signals.Good morning tmagz,
I'm afraid we'll need a little bit more information than that to diagnose your problem. Please private message me your complete address and we can take a better look at your situation. You could also call in to technical services and ask for Hans at 800-788-4417 and he can get the information from you and give you some recommendations. In general, try moving your SS-2000 horizontally on the roof about 10 feet either direction. Also, check your line of site to the stations you are trying to receive... are you pointing right into a bank of trees or a hill?
