Hello everybody,

I would need the manual for my Wineguard RV-6004 that is on my trailer. It need a good overall. So if anybody can direct me to a shop manual wich will show how to dismantle I would grealy appreciate !

Good morning Pepere -

The RV-6004 is the replacement head on a Sensar. For Sensar models 3 and 4 as well as their replacement heads we use the following manual.

I'm now ready to reassemble everything, yes I made a thin wall 15/16'' socket

Now, wich lubricant would be best to grease everything, I got acces to Lithium grease, would it be adequate ?

We would recommend using a silicone spray.
