Looking to receive NYC stations 2 through 13. According to Antennaweb, etc., I'm about 62 miles from towers. Used to work here fine with cheap outdoor antenna before DTV transition. thanx

Re: Recommendation for 06488Yes, this is a house. Current cheapo antenna is on a pole (in the ground) about 17 feet up facing the NYC towers. We're pretty high up so I think it's a straight shot, but there are some tall pine trees around.

Re: Recommendation for 06488The HD8200U with a AP8780 is correct. You will want to mount that antenna as high as possible with as few obstructions as possible. Try to get it up 50-60 feet if you can.
