RC-1010 HookupI have a 2005 HR motorhome and I am having some difficulty in hooking up this digital receiver. I have a Winegard Sensar antenna that hooks to the rear tv through a Va-0604/6412 distribution center. I have selected TV ant for TV2 and hooked the coax at the rear tv to the digital receiver RF IN and hooked up the three rca connections between the tv and the digital receiver, powered the receiver. TV set on CH3 but I can not even get the menu from the digital receiver. What did I do wrong?
Re: RC-1010 HookupYou probably need to change the channel from channel 3 to line 1 or line 2 in the tuner portion of the television or use a regular patch cable with F terminals - which would then feed the television a analog signal which it would receive on channel 3 or 4.
I guess it is time for you to read the owners manual for the television.
Re: RC-1010 HookupKNP 2516 is correct, it is time to read your TV owners manual.
The RCA plugs come into the TV on a different input and how you get there is different from TV to TV.
Re: RC-1010 HookupThanks for the info. I have it working perfectly now by hooking it up with a splitter and changing the input on the TV and it woks great. Has anyone tried the wingman on the motorhome antenna?
