lost transponder signal

Subscribe to direct...bought gm 1518... worked well in Texas ( my home base) but only get 16 transponders in Louisana and alabama on sat 101...haven't address 110 and 119... missing a whole lot of channels...speed being one and USA another..do I have a Winegard problem or a Direct problem

Can you tell me which transponders you are losing?

Is it all the evens? or odds? The upper transponders?
