measuring signal strength

measuring signal strengthAside from the voltage measurement at the antenna head, is there any way to measure signal strength through all the connections to the TV? The motorhome is 2 years old and the Sensar signal does not appear to be as strong as I have seen in the past with my other RVs. If I could measure the signal then incremental improvement could be seen as coax connections are cleaned or remade.
Re: measuring signal strengthThere are signal strength meter for antennas but they run about $1000.00 so are rarely a good option.
If you have your manual for the antenna, there is a trouble shooting section in back of the book. Otherwise, the link below will take you to a copy of the manual. http://www.winegard.com/kbase/upload/2452013.pdf If this doesn't help, please let me know and we can look for any other issues that might be causing a lower signal strength.
