I need to install a second converter in the bedroom of the motorhome, I have no place to mount the box for line of sight to change change channels and need to find a way to add a remote emitter to the box, I hope someone can tell me how to do this.

The best way to handle this would be with a UHF to IR relay of some sort.

You can find these at most electronics stores. This will allow you to enclose the RCDT09A and still use a remote.

The custom code of the remote control is “0081”
