VS53DVD/VS5312D Lost Main TV Buttons

On the front panel the MAIN TV is locked in the TV ANT mode. I am unable to access the AUX/VCR or the DVD mode even though the buttons push in and stay in. I have no problems with TV2 or TV3 operations. Please let me know what is going on and if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

Here is the response from warranty administration...

Sounds like a solder bridge across the switch terminals. He should contact the Call Center or returns@winegard.com to get a RMA so it can be returned for repair or replacement. We will request a copy of his purchase receipt prior to issuing the RMA.
