Hello,
I just had a RoadTrip SD installed on our 5th Wheel. We recieve a picture but it does not toggle between satellites. It finds the satellites either 110 or 119 and locks on. when we change the channel it does not toggle. Can you Help?

I think it has to do with the SW64. We have two TVs and two recievers. reciever #1 shows the satellites and the SW64 but reciever #2 is missing the SWitch and shows only satellite 119.

Good morning lester55 -

I would recommend calling Winegard technical services at 800-788-4417 and they will walk you through a few troubleshooting ideas or if there is an issue with the unit they can get you taken care of.
