Missing Parts on HD7084P Antenna

I ordered the HD7084 through Amazon and received it today. Upon unpacking the antenna, I noticed
there weren't any directions. When I downloaded the instructions from the website, it became
obvious that AT LEAST one part was missing: the cartridge housing for the antenna. There is no obvious
way to connect the coax to the antenna. I don't know if there are supposed to be weather boots
and a download cable, but these were NOT included either.

Is it possible to get these items sent to me quickly? I ordered the antenna to watch the Olympics
and it's looking like I'll miss most of the event at this point.
