There are a few things we can check. First one is even though the LED is still on we need to verify that the power supply is still sending out the proper voltage. You can see a video on how to do that

Watch the Troubleshooting a Winegard power Supply to make sure your power supply is working properly. Secondly when doing the voltage tests on the power supply make sure that the center conductor of the coax cable connector at the antenna is sticking out past the edge of the connector at least 3/16th of an inch. It is possible due to cold weather that the center conductor has migrated away from the contact point in the center of the antenna connector. If both the power supply and the connector issues are okay then the built in amplifier in the MS-2002 antenna has stopped working for some reason.
