What's in the box?

Just received a HD8200U

there is no instructions, got them from the internet,

there is no boot or snap on cartridge housing cover or receptor to receive the coax cable.

Should theses have been in the box? a separate plastic bag with instructions, ? Loosely attached to the cartridge top which is built into the antenna?
I called the dealer and their trouble guy is in India, he will call back (maybe, --- someday when he knows the answer)
Can you send me what is missing? can I pick one up from someone locally,don't want to start over or wait for a call from India. can it be jerryrigged?

Didn't get taken care of at all, let alone right away

after a couple of days Hans called me back, too busy to bother, said I must send email to warrantee@winegard.com, they will take care of me right away.
Same day sent Email as directed.
after couple more days email provider says there is no such address.
Not taken care of at all, let alone right away.

Start over again:

Please cause me to be sent a CB8269 Connector so that I can use this antenna and let me know that it is on its
way.
