I'm an old time ex-Winegard Dealer.
Back in the day, I used a lot of Winegard AP8XXX preamps to give a customer 4 tV outlets in the house.
You used to offer a 4 set splitter that was DC passive on set 1 only. That way, the DC power for the antenna doesn't go to any TV set in the house ( the in the house power supply was also DC blocked on the "TV" side).
You no longer seem to offer anything but passive splitters.
How's a guy supposed to distrubute preamplified signal these days without pushing the preamp power everywhere? Without DC blocking there to be a risk of shorting out the DC and either loosing the signal to the whole house or, worse, burning up the power supply.
What's the new solution?
