New HD8200U install

I just finished a new installation of an HD8200U at zip code 78602. I'm getting all Austin UHF channels clearly, but I'm not getting any VHF channels. I should be getting channel 7.

What could be my problem?

This is possibly a warranty case and not an issue with the way you have it installed. You can check the VHF phasing lines to make sure they bridge across the slotted pegs and the VHF clips reach the phasing lines. If they do not please contact customer service at 800-288-8094.
